Let's Gooo!!!!!

“I hate Imps!!!!” Thace shouted sitting indian style on one of his paper made magic carpet rides, thanks to the abilities of his Magni Regis Codex. His arms crossed right on his chest, with an annoyed expression on his face. The only thing was his face could not be seen, he wore a mask and his stealth suit for this task. He didn’t who or what he could run into on this quest so he figure it best be prepared. He zipped through the air quickly keeping his eyes open for the clues he has to find. Eventually he had found what he was looking for, a band of seven imps attacking nearby travelers and traders. Thace’s sighed under his mask, “And of course Imps, is exactly what I run into. But I do need my answers.”

Thace had his paper magic carpet ride, lower down to the ground. He stood upright arms still folded but looking down at the feral imps. “Ok you guys gonna tell me what I need to know? Where is the cupid??” he asked with a hint of annoyance in his voice. The imps spoke in a strange language, so though they could understand the speech of humans they couldn’t speak it. Plus Imps were brutish creatures, they weren’t going to talk or show anything just cause someone asked. One of them tried to through a wooden club at Thace, but he maneuvered out the way. “Alright I tried asking nicely!” he said hopping down, to the ground.

Thace swung his right arm, with an open palm and instantly a sword appeared. Two of the imps rushed at him, and with little effort Thace sliced both of their wooden weapons in half with his blade. With two more graceful movements, using the blunt side handle of the blade Thace knocked them down. "You sure you guys don’t just wanna talk about this?”

Mayhem was everywhere all throughout Abraxas. A day that was supposed to be filled with love and happiness turned into a day of hate and fighting. The people were going mad is what Amon thought, that was until he found out the real reason behind all the madness. Cupid, was behind it! When you think about it the idea sounds very weird but there was someone or something out there calling himself cupid and causing all these couples to fight and hate each other. Amon wanted to put a stop to it so he began his investigation. After a few hours he found out where he needed to start looking and that was in the jungles outside of Xion.

People said they saw Cupid fleeing from the city and into the jungle. Amon knew that if he went into the jungle that he knew he could figure out where he went by asking a certain group of creatures, and those creatures were the imps. Seeing as the jungle was dangerous Amon was already wearing his Demon Armor, as he flew through the air to get a birds eye view. As he was flying he would hear something, the sound of imps is definitely what it was. And he also saw a man nearby the imps, and they all appeared to be fighting. Amon hovered high above them in the sky and slowly came down. "Absolute Darkness" he would say in a light yet deep voice.

Suddenly the whole area would be pitch black, all the imps and most likely the man too would be deprived of their sight and hearing. As Amon dropped to the ground he would make his surprise attack on the feral creatures. He would punch the first imp with a left hook, and then a right uppercut. The second imp would get a roundhouse kick with the right leg and then Amon would grab it and fly 20 meters into the air, where he would then drop it down to the ground below. While in the mist of taking out the highly confused and blinded imps Amon realized who the man nearby was, it appeared to be none other than Thace! Amon quickly glided over to where he stood and grabbed his shoulder that way he would be immune to the effects of his spell. "Thace is that you?" Amon said as he slightly grinned under his armor.

While in Kalidor forest one would be a fool to not keep their senses up at all times, and for someone like Thace was easy not only cause of his skill, but because of his eyes. A trait he got from his mother, Thace’s eyes allow him to see in a 360 view making sneaking up on him and catching him by surprise near impossible. But for this one instance Thace was caught off guard. While Thace was awaiting for more of the imps to attack him, suddenly everything went black and noise disappeared entirely. This had cut off his trait completely for he couldn’t see at all, of course the first thing that reaches the mind is panic. But not in Thace’s case while he can’t say he’s been robbed of his sight and hearing before at the same time, Thace’s experience and training in Hyouden did prepare him for the worse. But a slight “What the freakin hell.” Did escape his lips.

The instant everything went black, Thace took a deep breath not losing his calm at all. If this was a trap from the imps, or a trick of the forest it had to have a range. Using the enchantment of his book, he had one the papers lift him into the air high enough to get out of range from whatever spell or trick that was which would be a near 50 meter range.

“Ooooook this Kalidor forest is something else. I doubt the imps are capable of doing anything like that.” Thace said to himself rubbing his chin. He looked down and just saw a huge black area that crossed a huge distance. “What in the world is that!?!?” he started to shout out loud. “A spell of somesort, I guess others are here to try and figure things out. But they could have at least let someone know. Like hey I’m gonna make the whole damn forest pitch black, and also take away your hearing while I’m at it. Just so you know!! Right Arkana?”
“Shut up Thace.” She responded with annoyance.

Amon would watch as the man he thought to be Thace flew high into the air as he was walking over to touch him and exclude him from the effects of his spell. Maybe such a spell was not a good idea to be used without some warning sign? However Amon would simply end the spell thus making the black area disappear. Everyone and everything had its sight and hearing returned and assuming the man was Thace and he had a decent enough memory, he would be able to recognize Amon in his armor seeing as they had previously did a mission together. Amon would then realize that the imps were no longer held at bay due to the fact they couldn't see or hear and the remaining 3 were about to charge at Amon.

The last three imps charged, and as they did Amon took flight while covering his leg in darkness. He would soon come right back down while performing a drop kick right on top of the lead imp of the remaining three. "Falling Star!" he would shout as the kick would land and crush the imps skull. The second imp would then make this his time to strike as it would hit Amon with the club he was holding. However the strike did little damage due to how durable Amon and his armor were. *Pathetic* the young man thought to himself as he would fly back up into the air, high enough to match the other individuals altitude. He would look at the man who was seemingly using the pages of a book as a make shift magic carpet and question him "How the did you do that one?" referring to him flying on the pages of a book. However before the individual would be able to answer the two would have rocks thrown at them from down below. The imps were somewhat strong individuals to throw rocks so high up even if they fell a few meters short.

The rocks kept flying through the air with not a single one hitting their intended targets, Amon let out a sigh as he grew tired of the stupidity. At this point he was more concerned with the other individual who he suspected to be Thace. And so he decided to end things very swiftly. He turned to look at the other floating individual and said "I'll finish this off for us." He would then extend his arm and hold his open hand outward while lowering himself about 10 meters from the ground, as he did so a sphere of dark energy would appear in front of his hand. The sphere would then turn into a beam that would shoot out and strike the ground beneath the imps. The blast would seemingly kill the last two of the creatures putting a smile on Amon's face.
