Ranks of Abraxas
So there are going to be two different types of ranks. Ranks for anyone who wants to progress in their own country and for those that wish to be renegades. The following will be the ranks for Countries and after will be the Renegades ranks. Both will describe what you have to do to obtain the rank as well as the benefits that come with the rank.Country Ranks
These Ranks are for those that want to progress through there own country to become stronger. These ranks are for those who lawfully obey the law of their country and will fight for it with all there strength.
Minkan
This rank is for all who first start on Abraxas. It doesn't matter what country you belong to or if you choose to be free of government or not. It is basically the rank of a Civilian for every country and the free lands.
Requirements - None its automatic once character is approved.
Benefits - 15,000 Ryo for rank payment.
Senshi
Senshi's are the foot soldier for all the countries. Those that are Senshi have shown the desire to work for their country in the military preforming basic functions and missions. Senshi's can be fighters, medics, or any other profession they choose to be for the military.
Requirements - Must have purchased at least 2 Stat upgrades.
Benefits - 20,000 Ryo for rank pay.
Heishi
Heishi is a Senshi that has proven his worth in the military and has advanced in rank to further help there comrades. For their efforts they are given a small command over a few other Senshi to assist them in the field or to preform tasked assigned by the countries Kami.
Requirements - Purchase at least 4 Stat upgrades
Benefits - 25,000 Ryo for rank pay.
Toushi
Toushi are Senshi that have increased in strength and ability to the that they are considered the special forces of the country's military. For this reason they are given missions and assignments that require skills far beyond those of a normal Senshi.
Requirements - Purchase 7 Stat upgrades, Must Display IC your characters ability to handle a difficult situation or a strong enemy.
Benefits - 35,000 Ryo for rank pay.
Zetshi
Zetshi are Toushi that have proven there skill in leading others in missions and at times of war or crisis. For there skills they are promoted to this rank and given special command over a unit of the military that they may guide as they see fit.
Requirements - Purchase 10 Stat upgrades. Show IC that they can take control of a situation or to become a serious threat to other countries after gaining the rank of Toushi
Benefits - 45,000 Ryo for rank pay, Allowed to make a Division within the country's Military
Koden
The Koden are the elite of every countries military. They make the Toushi look like they were children playing with toy weapons. As such the Koden are the last line of defense in any war, sent out to destroy whatever it may be that threatens their people.
Requirements - 14 Stat upgrades, must IC do something that progresses the Site Plot or Country Plot after gaining the rank of Zetshi
Benefits - 55,000 Ryo for rank pay
Kami
The Kami are the leaders of the 5 main countries, each given a prefix to the name of Kami such as SanKami for the leader of Sanrin. The leaders are expected to be strong and wise to be able to lead their countries with great ability. They were all once Koden who have been selected because of their ability.
Requirements - Any Koden can take this position provided they belong to that country and the Position is open. Only 1 Kami per country.
Benefits - 60,000 Ryo for rank pay
____________________Rogue Ranks_____________________
This is the ranks that belong to those that wish to be free of their countries government for whatever reason. Those who choose to follow this path may be evil or just want to be alone it doesn't matter. These are also the ranks for the Free Lands, all citizens of the Free Lands start at Minkan.
Minkan
This rank is for all who first start on Abraxas. It doesn't matter what country you belong to or if you choose to be free of government or not. It is basically the rank of a Civilian for every country and the free lands.
Requirements - None its automatic once character is approved.
Benefits - 15,000 Ryo for rank payment.
Sozoku
Sozoku's are citizens of a country or the Free Lands that wish to be free of oppression of the large governments. They are often loners though are some times known to travel in small groups. They're independent people that are able to survive out of the protection of the country's military and guards.
Requirements - Must have purchased at least 2 Stat upgrade.
Benefits - 20,000 Ryo for rank pay.
Hetoku
The Hetoku are strong willed and highly independent wanting nothing to do with governments some of these would even fight them. Hetoku share the same sort of personality as the Sozoku, being loners or travelers in small groups, but are usually more powerful in there abilities and skills.
Requirements - Purchase at least 4 Stat upgrades
Benefits - 25,000 Ryo for rank pay
Rasoku
Rasoku are Hetoku that are no longer satisfied living off the land and away from governments. For this reason they have started down the road of a thief or a bandit, robbing travelers and merchants as they go from town to town. The military seek Rasoku out to put an end to the trouble they cause for the civilian travelers.
Requirements - Purchase 7 Stat upgrades, Must Display IC your characters ability to handle a difficult situation or a strong enemy.
Benefits - 35,000 Ryo for rank pay
Zenoku
Zenoku are the Rasoku that have take they're thievery and mischief to a whole new level against the 5 major countries. They have grown strong and gather other to their cause, grouping them together into an organization that is meant to strike at the counties in any way possible.
Requirements - Purchase 10 Stat upgrades. Show IC that they can take control of a situation or to become a serious threat to the countries after gaining the rank of Rasoku
Benefits - 45,000 Ryo for rank pay, Allowed to make a Guild with other rogues.
Shinga
A Shinga is a legend in the world of Abraxas both for their skill and ability as well as the uncertainty whether they truly exist or not. Some consider the Shingas to be the greatest thing to fear for all of Abraxas, so strong that only the strongest members of the Military could help to defeat them.
Requirements - 14 Stat upgrades, must IC do something that progresses the Site Plot or Country Plot after gaining the rank of Zenoku
Benefits - 55,000 Ryo for rank pay.
