Ability: Eren is capable of boosting the abilities of one of his body parts. This can result in a double in strength, endurance or agility, or a less combat-related effect, such as loudening his voice. There is no distinctive sign when this ability is activated, other than a very slight increase in aura output around the boosted body part. This ability stacks on the same body part, so he is capable of quadrupling a stat if two boosts are applied to the same body part and stat, or two different stats on the same body part can be boosted.
Limits: The body part selected for this ability can only be changed every other post.

You already know me, so i'll get right to it:

Basically, I just want some clarification on a few ends.

Name: Body Boost
Element: Body
Ability: This ability can strengthen any three parts of the user's body at any time, resulting in a large range of effects depending on the body parts that are boosted, ranging from something simple such as increased damage from a boosted arm to a megaphone-like voice from boosting the throat. There are no distinctive signs that this ability is activated, other than a very slight increase in aura output around the boosted body parts.
Limits: However, once a body part has been released from the power increase its power will shortly be weakened, for up to a minute or so if the boost is maintained for a long period of time.

What I want here is an actual estimate of how much your damage output increases when used on a compatible body part. Also, i'd appreciate an estimated duration and cooldown in actual posts rather than seconds. If you'd rather not have a cooldown to it, could you have this weakening of affected body parts stack with repeated use of the same body part?

Name: Second-Grade Boost
Element: Body
Ability: The Second-Grade Boost functions similarly to a normal Body Boost. However, it can only boost up one body part for a short period of time of up to 10 seconds, and its effects are twice that of a normal boost. Also unlike the Body Boost, this ability does have a visual sign, as the boosted body part will emit a dim glow and may appear slightly swollen during the ability.
Limits: This ability taps into Eren's energy reserves, which have to replenish after use, causing a cooldown of two posts.
