Name: Sidewinder
Element: Decay
Ability: Projects a pitch-black shadow snake at an enemy. This false serpent twists side-to-side as it flies toward a foe; it moves slowly, but has a homing capability, meaning it will chase an enemy until it either hits them or strikes a barrier powerful enough to stop the spell (Requires Mystic Power equal to or greater than Divus') as the Sidewinder will simply decay-through non-enchanted defenses. *Deals damage equal to half of Divus' Mystic Power. Inflicts necrotic, decay-based damage on hit. Sidewinder has a 1 post cooldown before another one can be cast.
Limits: * = Only inflicts 1/4th of Divus' Mystic Power as damage against Undead, inorganic (golems) or incorporeal (ghost) enemies. The projectile is not fast, only traveling at a moderate speed. 'Soldier' or higher levels of speed suffice to dodge even multiple Sidewinders, although dodging the spell(s) mean that they will attempt to strike the enemy again on the next post until overcome by a stronger magic force.
Range: Lasts 4 posts over an indefinite range, or pursues a target until it is either overpowered or strikes the enemy.

Name: Umbrasphere
Element: Decay + Dark
Ability: Utilizing this ability, Divus creates a condensed, potent mass of decaying pitch-black energy swathed in darkness, which is enclosed by a black barrier and kept afloat somewhere near him. These dark spheres are one meter in diameter, making them somewhat large. After being created- an Umbrasphere acts similar to a 'mine', exploding into decaying essence on impact with an enemy. Umbraspheres will not detonate against magic, however, and are only detonated when an intended living target comes within three meters of them. But in order to 'arm' an Umbrasphere for this target Divus must be able to visualize their face and identity in his mind; it is impossible to use this ability against a truly unseen enemy. *Deals necrotic, decay-based damage in a twelve-meter wide area when detonated, as an explosion of dark fog that rots flesh and matter alike. An Umbrasphere remains where it is created for as long as it is not triggered to explode. Only one orb can be created at a time; all orbs created can be live at the same time, but they cannot move from the site of their creation. Divus can simply make these over and over if left alone- but only once per post, and doing so consumes a full action for that post.
Limits: * = Only inflicts 1/4th of Divus' Mystic Power as damage against Undead, inorganic (golems) or incorporeal (ghost) enemies. Cannot be used if Divus has not seen his enemy's face nor if he does not know who he is fighting. In addition: only one enemy can be targeted by a single Umbrasphere, meaning if Divus is fighting multiple enemies, some mines will not trigger for all these enemeis- as each one has only a single intended target.
Range: Less than one meter. Umbraspheres float to remain exactly where they are created. 12 meter radius necrotic blast on detonation.
Purchase: Freebie
Name: Black Mirror
Element: Darkness
Ability: Conjures a large, pitch-black mirror as a small, crude wall in front of Divus. It is composed of nothing but solid arcana- although its ether has been so condensed, it acts as a solid object, making it vulnerable to physical attack. Against enemy magic however the Black Mirror is capable of reflecting hostile spells in the same direction they came from as long as the enemy caster is of equal or lesser Mystic Power to Divus. For more creative uses, it is also possible for the Black Mirror to reflect an ally's spells back at them if so desired. Cooldown of four posts.
Limits: Cannot reflect physical attacks at all, and is broken just as easily as glass by them. May not reflect magic cast by those with more Mystic Power than Divus either. The Black Mirror may not reflect spells that are larger than its dimensions either, although it will deflect them in a manner which still protects Divus. The mirror shatters after a single round as well.
Range: The mirror is roughly eleven meters by four meters tall, and can't reflect magic that is bigger than its own size.

Name: Curse: Defiled Ground
Element: Decay
Ability: Curses a visible enemy after a short casting time to cause black, flesh-decaying smoke to rise from wherever they walk. If the enemy does not physically move more than one meter each post, *they will take small decaying damage equal to half of Divus' Mystic Power. The effect will last three posts.
Limits: Requires Divus himself to not move during the casting time, which is one full post; Defiled Ground is not cast in the first post, but rather at the start of the second without consuming that post's action. In addition- Divus' enemy must be visible at the cast of casting. * = No effect on Undead, inorganic or incorporeal enemies.
Range: Any single, visible enemy.
Purchase: Freebie
Name: Curse: Fog of the Grudge
Element: Decay + Darkness
Ability: Using this ability Divus cloaks himself in a deep, pitch-black fog. Inside of this fog, it is impossible for Divus to be detected by any ability or spell unless the targeting enemy has higher Mystic Power than Divus- and thus, Divus cannot be targeted by any effect during the fog's duration. Divus takes Decay damage equal to 1/4th of his own Mystic Power for the fog's duration, and so will anyone who enters the black fog. Spells, projectiles or other attacks which target the fog will mysteriously vanish within it, striking nothing but emptiness. Cooldown of four posts.
Limits: Divus takes Decay damage for every post he hides in the fog. In addition, the fog will not damage Undead, inorganic or incorporeal enemies. It only lasts 2 posts as well.
Range: An area covering a radius of roughly 15 meters.
Purchase: Freebie
Name: Curse: Wretched Air
Element: Decay
Ability: Hexes an enemy so that the air they breathe is rotted by a foul miasma. This causes more than just unpleasant stench, as the pestilence of the air will *briefly sicken an enemy; a foe who breathes at all while cursed will suffer a loss of speed equal to one level per post spent in the Wretched Air. The miasma can be escaped, however, but the enemy must travel at least five meters from where they were originally cursed to escape it.
Limits: The curse only lasts two posts, meaning it is only possible to at most lower an enemy's speed by two levels. The curse cannot stack with itself; recasting Wretched Air will only refresh its two-post duration, and will not allow the Speed loss by the enemy to exceed two levels down either. * = Has no effect on Undead, incorporeal or inorganic enemies.
Range: Any visible, single enemy.
Purchase: Freebie
Name: Black Bolt
Element: Darkness + Decay
Ability: Projects a pitch-black laser of malignant ether from one of Divus' fingertips. This dark ray is pencil-thin but very concentrated, enabling it to penetrate defenses of levels lower than Divus' own Mystic Power. In the case of penetrated defenses: the ray will strike whatever was behind those defenses, so long as Divus' aim is accurate. Strikes living, organic targets for *damage equal to Divus' Mystic Power. Cooldown of four posts.
Limits: The ray is compressed and thin, so its aim must be very precise to hit an enemy; it is easily dodged by mobile enemies. * = Only deals half the normal damage to Undead, incorporeal or inorganic enemies.
Range: Up to 80 meters; loses accuracy and power beyond this range.
Purchase: Freebie
Name: Sacrifice: Bloodtongue
Element: Decay
Ability: Using this spell Divus curses his own life essence so that his own tongue bursts with sores and bleeds profusely. It is considered the same as damaging himself for 1/2th of his own Mystic Power. However, after the damage is paid, Divus' tongue is possessed by unseen evil and will speak arcane gibberish: this effect allows him to cast an extra non-ultimate spell per post, for as long as 3 posts after being cast. The spell works by using the energy of Divus' own decaying life and channeling it into the spell's effect.
Limits: If Divus is near death, casting this spell will cause him to collapse or die. The spell will damage him and only gives its boon for a limited duration.
Range: Self
