Change the title as this is an element not ability so the title is would be just Cosmic Element. The appearance should be what the element looks like, to say if you made a block of this pure element what would it look like.

For Description describe what the Element is and if the Element has any natural properties to it like Fire burns. There should be nothing about what you can making, creating or controlling in the description. That will all go into your spells and abilities.
